The moregroebner package in Maple

This package is an improvement of the Maple package grobner. That's why I have chosen the name moregroebner. The code reuses part of the grobner implementation.

Computations with ideals and modules with

are supported. The functions available are:
- gradgroebner, modulegroebner, normalform,
- mktermorder, grading2order, istermorder,
- leadm, isgreaterwrtorder, ishomogeneous, polsort
- hilbertseries
A multi-truncated, multi-graded Hilbert series driven Buchberger algorithm is additionally included in Version 2.0:
- homgroebner
In Version 2.1 homgroebner also works with numbers like sqrt(2).
You may pick up the file by pressing the underlined name and save it to your local directory. Depending on whether your netscape or mosaic already uncompresses it you give it the name moregroebner3.2.tar.Z or moregroebner3.2.tar.
Unpack the file:
If your mosaic or netscape does not uncompress it
uncompress moregroebner3.2.tar.Z
Then
tar -xvf moregroebner3.2.tar
unpacks the Maple code, a documentation and a test file into the directory
moregroebner3.2
